1. Service
Sujok-EMR is a software product of DG Healthcare Tech intended to support authorised practice-management, record and related operational workflows.
2. Professional responsibility
The platform does not replace professional judgment. Practitioners remain responsible for clinical decisions, interpretation of laboratory information, patient communication and compliance with professional obligations.
3. Accounts
Users must keep account credentials confidential, use only authorised access and promptly report suspected account misuse.
4. Acceptable use
Users must not attempt unauthorised access, misuse patient information, interfere with platform security, reverse engineer protected services where prohibited, or use the platform unlawfully.
5. Availability
Features may evolve as the product develops. Maintenance, third-party services, network conditions and other factors may affect availability.
